- In the first game of the series the Sharks sent out the senior Federico Zapata for the start against the Buccaneers.
- Both starters quickly settled into the effort, working scoreless innings to open the game.
- In the bottom of the third inning the Buccaneers put three consecutive men on base to open the inning, but Federico Zapata worked through the jam with a popout and a strikeout to keep the game scoreless.
- The game remained a dynamic pitchers duel through the seventh inning, as neither team could get on the scoreboard.
- In the bottom of the eighth inning the Buccaneers rallied with a pair of runs, taking a late 2-0 lead.
- The Sharks looked to answer in the top of the ninth inning, with two outs in the frame Nick Rodriguez and Michael Arnold both reached base as hit batters but were ultimately left on base as the final out was recorded and the game ended with a 2-0 final score.

- In the second game of the series the Sharks called upon junior starting pitcher Christopher Perez.
- After a scoreless first inning for both teams, the Sharks pushed across the opening run with a base hit by Nick Rodriguez, a double by Jack Cue, and a Ty Torti groundout to put the Sharks ahead 1-0.
- The Buccaneers immediately evened the score at 1-1 in the home half of the second inning.
- The Buccaneers added another run in the bottom of the third inning, taking a 2-1 lead.
- In the top of the fifth the Sharks offense erupted as Manny Ramirez jr. launched a solo homerun (1) to even the score at 2-2.
- Dakota Jones, Sebastian Garavito, and Emilio Gonzalez all reached to load the bases for Jorge De Goti.
- Jorge De Goti brought in Dakota Jones on a sacrifice fly, putting the Sharks ahead 3-2. Nick Rodriguez knocked in Sebastian Garavito to make the Sharks lead 4-2. Jack Cue added a base hit in the inning, reloading the bases for Ty Torti. Torti lashed a double down the left field line which brought in a pair of runs, capping off a five-run inning and pushing the Sharks advantage to 6-2.
- The Sharks turned to the bullpen in the bottom of the sixth inning, as the Buccaneers nearly erased the Sharks lead with three runs of their own, with the score sitting at 6-5 through six innings.
- In the bottom of the seventh inning, the Buccaneers pushed across the tying run on base hit and taking the score to 6-6.
- The Buccaneers plated three runs in the bottom of the eighth inning, including two-run home run, now leading 9-6. The lead was held for the remainder of the game.

- For the final game of the series the Sharks deployed the freshman starter Nick Manning.
- The Sharks offense again struck first, after Roy Quevedo worked a leadoff walk and advanced to second base on a wild pitch, Emilio Gonzalez drove him in with a base hit to right field, leading 1-0.
- The Buccaneers powered themselves back to an even score with a pair of extra-base hits, tying the game at 1-1.
- The early production for the Sharks lineup continued in the top of the second as Anthony Stinson worked a walk with one out in the inning, Roy Quevedo took his place on base after grounding into a fielder's choice. Sebastian Garavito tagged a double to deep left field to bring in Roy Quevedo and put the Sharks ahead 2-1. Emilio Gonzalez added on to his hot start at the plate with another base hit that brought in Garavito that pushed the Sharks lead to 3-1.
- The Buccaneers cut into the Sharks lead in the bottom of the third inning, with the score at 3-2.
- Anthony Stinson led off the top of the fourth inning with a solo home run (1), putting the Sharks ahead 4-2.
- Following the home run, Roy Quevedo and Sebastian Garavito each recorded hits to keep the pressure on the Buccaneers pitcher.
- The Sharks added another run in the frame on an error by the Buccaneers shortstop, pushing the lead to 5-2.
- The bats refused to be turned away, as Joel Cabrera worked a leadoff walk and stole a base, advancing to third on a flyout by Dakota Jones. Anthony Stinson was hit by a pitch and stole a base to put two men in scoring position for Roy Quevedo, who delivered an opposite field single to bring in both runners and grow the lead again, with the Sharks leading 7-2.
- Nick Manning blanked the Buccaneers lineup for three consecutive innings as he completed the sixth inning.
- In the top of the eighth inning Ty Torti entered the game as a pinch hitter and delivered a base hit with one out, Joel Cabrera earned a walk, and Ty Torti reached third base on an error by the Buccaneers catcher. With runners on the corners Anthony Stinson singled to centerfield to bring in Ty Torti and put the Sharks lead at 9-2.
- Roy Quevedo launched a three-run home run (1) to deep right field, clearing the bases and putting the Sharks up by double digits at 12-2.
- The Buccaneers added a pair of runs to their total with a homerun, with the score now at12-4 through eight innings.
- The Sharks got a pair of home runs in the top of the ninth, a solo home run by Jorge De Goti (1) and a two-run home run by Dakota Jones (1), taking the lead back to double digits at 15-4.
- Eduardo Echeverria recorded the final three outs of the game as the Sharks picked up the win to end the series.
